Link to Change is a progressive voluntary sector charity that has been supporting children and young adults experiencing CSE in the East of England since 2008. The Organisation currently works across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Bedford Borough. This role is to strategically manage, sustain and develop the organisation by expanding the reach and effectiveness of the service.
