The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is consulting on a draft quality standard for child abuse and neglect. The quality standard covers recognising, assessing and responding to abuse and neglect of children and young people under 18. The standard is for commissioners, service providers, health, public health and social care practitioners, and the public. The closing date for comments is 08 October 2018.
