IWF launches a ground-breaking podcast series – Pixels from a Crime Scene

The podcast series brings together global experts, victims, industry leaders, and even criminals for the first time to explore how children are being exploited by online predators who share images and videos of their sexual abuse far and wide on the internet. Make sure you don’t miss it.

Childnet release new videos to use with 6-9 year olds on online safety

Childnet are pleased to introduce their newest, free, video resources which families can use together over the coming weeks.

The Education Team at Childnet, who visit schools across the country delivering educational sessions to young people, as well as the adults who support them, have produced a series of six short interactive lessons. These 10-15 minute videos are designed to be picked up and used by families with any young person aged 6-9.Read the full article

SWGfL release updated and improved online safety review tool 360-Degree-Safe 2.0

More than 13,000 schools have used SWGfL’s free online safety self-review tool since they first developed it 10 years ago as part of their work for UKSIC. Annual data analysis has shown this multi-award winning service has moved the nation forward to a point where the UK is one of the most successful in protecting its pupils, students and staff when online.

Revised Childnet Film Competition 2020 – Home education during COVID-19

As schools remain closed, Childnet knows that many families are looking for projects they can do that are fun, educational and that children can do independently.  To help with this, Childnet have redesigned the Childnet Film Competition for 2020.
