At Basis our mission is to end stigma, create safety and promote empowerment for women sex workers and women and young people who are sexually exploited and abused. 

Basis Yorkshire is an award-winning small charity that was officially founded in 1995 and now operates across Yorkshire. This is a unique opportunity to join a challenging and vibrant organisation, working with women and young people who are involved in sex work or being sexually exploited and abused. We are a values-driven, rights-based organisation and are passionate about making a difference in challenging areas of work. Office Manager

Employee benefits include: 

27 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays pro-rata with options for Flexible Working Policies, attractive sick pay and leave conditions, free monthly external supervision, significant opportunities to access training, access to Employee Assistance Scheme with Health Assured, and employer contributions of 4%.

Our working week is typically 35 hours (full-time equivalent).

We have a few free parking places; if this is not available, parking is reimbursed for those requiring the use of a car for their role.
