Introducing the Harmful Sexual Behaviour Support Service from SWGfL
Posted on
SWGfL and the Marie Collins Foundation would like to introduce you to the Harmful Sexual Behaviour Support Service; a vital service providing guidance and advice to professionals who support young people who have been impacted by HSB.
The service, funded by the Home Office and in collaboration with the Department for Education was launched in January and has already received over 500 cases. Our knowledgeable and supportive practitioners operate through phone or email and are on hand to provide guidance around individual incidents, or can provide vital advice around policy development and the next step forward to supporting a young person in your care.
The HSB support service is suitable for professionals working with children and young people in England, including youth workers, social care and healthcare professionals, those who work within residential care and foster homes and any designated safeguarding lead.

If you are in need of guidance, please visit our website to discover more about the Harmful Sexual Behaviour Support Service.
Alternatively, you can contact the service by phoning 0344 2250623 or by emailing [email protected].
