| Review of the Statutory Guidance Governing Reasonable Grounds Decisions |
| As you may be aware, the Home Office recently carried out a review of the statutory guidance governing reasonable grounds decisions. As a result, negative reasonable grounds decisions were paused temporarily to allow for the publication of this new guidance. We are pleased to say that the new guidance has now been published online and is operational meaning that decisions will resume.
