Beyond the Streets has been working alongside and on behalf of women who sell sex for over 20 years. Together and in partnership with others, they work to ensure that women are safe from coercion, violence, and abuse. They also work in collaboration with those with lived experience, to create routes out of prostitution, challenging the stigma that surrounds the sale of sex, eliminating “survival sex” and more broadly ending violence against women and girls.

This is an exciting time to join the charity as they enter a new era and look to deepen and grow the impact of their work. They are ambitious for the women they serve and are looking for an experienced and strategic female leader who will ensure continued growth and impact, with the ability to motivate and inspire a talented and committed team.

The successful candidate will have maturity of judgement, be able to influence at all levels and foster excellent stakeholder relations. They will have the vision, energy and presence to represent the full breadth of work they do across the violence against women and girls sector.
