The implementation of PM+ methodology in Romania In the framework of the European project WELL-U, Terre des hommes Romania has been implementing for 10 months the PM+ methodology, a support solution for young people over 16 and adults, whose main objective is to assess the problems faced by the client and to find, through a collaborative involvement of the participant, solutions, during the 5-7 sessions provided, with a subsequent referral to other services, if challenges are identified that require other types of intervention, such as psychotherapy and/or psychiatry. By including the PM+ methodology as a tool for working with the Ukrainian vulnerable community, Terre des hommes Romania team of professionals have equipped themselves with additional information related to the core values governing the tool: non-judgement, validation, confidentiality and encouraging openness of the person attending these sessions, says Natalia Cirimpei, Project Manager WELL-U, Terre des hommes Romania.
