STUDIO YOU LIVE EVENT NOW AVAILABLE FREE ON DEMAND!

In May, Studio You hosted an engaging 30-minute live broadcast to help change the way girls see being active in school and beyond.  The transmision was watched by over 1,000 schools and it’s now available on demand (and totally free), ready for teachers to view with their students at a time that works for them.  So, if you’re a secondary school teacher, just log in or register on the Studio You website, where you’ll find the video in the ‘Teacher Hub’.  It’ll help students discover there is so much variety when it comes to getting active as there’s no ‘one-size-fits-all’ mould that they need to strive towards.  Instead, we encourage young girls and women to be active for fun, friendship or to simply try something new as we believe there’s something for everyone.  We also want to spread the message about the many benefits physical activity brings to students. These include a boost in confidence, improved behaviour and academic performance and an increased engagement in school.
