Police’s role in safeguarding children from serious violence: Focus group invitation

Posted on

Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) have commissioned  research into how police in England and Wales safeguard and protect children (at identified risk of) perpetrating serious violence and/or those who experience such violence.

As part of this we are running a series of sector-based and thematic professional focus groups.

The information sheet provides further information about both the research and focus groups, which will take place online later this month (dates in the info sheet): Click here for information sheet

We hope this provides you with the information you need to help you decide if you would like to take part in this, but if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me – or the other project lead Helen Beckett ([email protected]).

If you would like to take part, you will find links to register your interest in the different focus groups in the information sheet.

The link will remain open until two days before the date of each group or all available places have been allocated; whichever comes first. However, as places will be allocated in order of registration (with the caveat of only one place per organisation/division to allow engagement from a range of organisations/areas) we would encourage you to register at your earliest possible convenience.

We would also be grateful if you would share this invitation via your sector networks, but please note the caveat of one person per organisation/division
