We have designed the ‘An Understanding of Child Exploitation’ series because we acknowledge that practitioners have differing levels of experience and therefore different training needs. This means that a less experienced practitioner or a practitioner who wants to refresh and update their knowledge around child exploitation could choose to attend both modules, whilst a practitioner just wanting to focus on the needs of the child may only want to attend the second module.

Where possible we are offering both modules in one day and these will be repeated monthly. This enables practitioners to attend modules either as a day’s training or spread over time.

Part Two of our ‘An Understanding of Child Exploitation’ series looks at responding to the needs of the child. This session is designed to be either stand-alone or to be part two of our two-part series. Part one is an introduction to Modern Slavery.
