Disruption should form part of every assessment and MACE meeting and can be a key tactic in how we safeguard children and families. 

This session will look at various disruption opportunities for Multi-Agency Teams which can be utilised, many of which do not rely on a victim’s disclosure, including civil as well as criminal tactics and do not necessarily result in criminalisation.

There will be the opportunity to share disruption practices from around the country, highlighting strategies that have been effective in tackling exploitation.
