This course focuses on young people’s sexual development and behaviour. It is ideal for social workers, youth workers, counsellors, school staff, NHS staff and others who work with young people. Learning outcomes of this training include:

• understanding of the scale and nature of HSB amongst young people
• recognising where this behaviour fits in with developmental processes during adolescence
• learning common contributing factors and how to recognise when behaviour is problematic
• identifying best practice approaches and resources for working with young people who have displayed HSB
