This webinar will provide attendees with insight, analysis and understanding of some of the main causes of institutional child sexual abuse within sporting organisations and the devastating impact this can have on victims and their families as well as the challenges it can pose to organisations. The session will conclude with an overview of some of the good practice being done within sport and look at ‘Izzey’s Story’ an innovative training developed by the LTA and the University of Kent’s Centre for Child Protection.
