This conference is about taking a strong leadership approach to tackling rape culture in organisations. While safeguarding teams do a great job at responding to cases of sexual harassment and violence and in working with learners, this is bigger than safeguarding. It is about setting the organisational culture of respect and zero tolerance to sexism, misogyny, ableism and homophobia that enables rape culture to thrive and escalate which impacts on students and staff.
