The training is aimed at faith professionals who work directly with young people (or who are line managers of front line staff), enabling practitioners to feel confident in engaging and supporting young people affected by violence.

The training will offer the group of faith professionals who work directly with young people diverse youth work skills and experience, particularly when it comes to working with youth conflict. Leap’s training will support the faith professionals to adopt best practice in responding to youth conflict. Offering a safe facilitated space to share challenges, experiences and learn from one another.
