Join NWG and Sport England for the launch of a suite of resources, developed from diverse voices, to educate and raise awareness about the long-term impacts of abuse and to support those in positions of trust to comprehend and address behavioural effects. 

The suite of resources includes films for training, guidance on recognising trauma, a welfare support guide, safeguarding aids, a Self-assessment guide for hearing participants’ voices and a webpage listing support services for referrals. 

This event is open to all Safeguarding Board Champions, Welfare Officers, Safeguarding leads, coaches, instructors, training organisations, heads of NGBs, all sport and leisure facility providers, and active partnerships, offering these valuable resources for free.
