Landmark Borders Bill now in Parliament

The Nationality and Borders Bill entered Parliament on Tuesday (6 July) setting out the most radical changes to the broken asylum system in decades. It will prioritise those in most need of protection while stopping the abuse of the system.

Helpline for those who have experienced sexual harassment or abuse in education

A new UK wide dedicated helpline has been set up by NSPCC and the Department for Education to support those who may have been subjected to unwanted sexual behaviour or abuse whilst in an education setting.

We would really appreciate your help to promote the helpline and have included social media assets you can share on your channels and with your networks.

Campaign materials

The Home Office is still running campaigns in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

  • #YouAreNotAlone aims to raise awareness and signpost to information and support available for victims, family/friends and perpetrators of domestic abuse. We are currently running a new phase of marketing, including radio adverts, to signpost support to those who will need help and assistance in the coming months.
  • The Ask for ANI codeword scheme is operating in independent, Boots and Superdrug pharmacies. Posters and social media assets are available to download. For more information, materials or to provide feedback, please email [email protected].
  • The Community Safeguarding Leaflet contains information and guidance for those who are still operating in communities to recognise the signs of abuse or neglect. The guidance covers signs to spot and what to do if there is a concern.
