IWF Think Before You Share Campaign Evaluation 2024
Posted on
We are looking for participants to help us with the evaluation of the Internet Watch Foundation’s recent Think Before You Share campaign.
The campaign ran for 6 weeks over the summer and the website associated with the campaign can be accessed here: Need Help with Nudes? Think Before You Share Nudes Online. As the campaign title suggests, the IWF have aimed this campaign at teenagers to encourage them to think before sharing explicit images of themselves or forwarding on images of their peers, in addition to encouraging parents/carers & teachers to discuss the issue with their students/ children.
We have created a survey, which is aimed at teenagers, parents / carers and teachers /pastoral staff and can be accessed via this link: https://bit.ly/4eCf68n
Adults can complete the survey without completing any additional forms, as the Information sheet and option to give their informed consent is embedded into the survey, but we do need consent forms completing for any children under 18. We will be happy to share the relevant forms with any schools or youth groups able to take part. (For further information, please contact Sarah Colley at [email protected])
