Fearless.org is the youth brand of Crimestoppers, offering young people access to non-judgemental information and advice about crime and criminality. The work of Fearless is focused on helping young people make informed decisions about reporting crime. Fearless.org provides young people with a safe place to give information about crime – 100% anonymously.
We don’t want any young person to live with, or be in fear of crime, so we provide awareness workshops and the ability to report crime anonymously, online via fearless.org, without having to go to the police.
We are currently recruiting a Youth Projects Co-ordinator to provide key administrative support to the Central Fearless Team and develop partnerships with youth-based organisations to share the Fearless message. This will include delivering presentations to youth professionals. The Youth Projects Co-ordinator will be responsible for the collation, analysis and distribution of Fearless data across the organisation, and will assist the team of Fearless Outreach Workers across the UK.
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and passionate person, who has experience in developing and delivering workshops and is proficient in the use of Excel. You will have a knowledge of youth crime trends, whilst also having the experience and skills to build strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders.
As you will regularly come into contact with young people, the successful applicant will be asked to complete a Disclosure & Barring Service application and Police Clearance.
If this sounds like you and you’re interested in joining a great team and great organisation, then please take a closer look at the job description for the role and the other requirements we’re looking for.
To apply, please email your CV and a covering letter outlining how you meet the criteria in the job description to [email protected] by 5.00 pm on 8th May 2022.
A selection process, including interviews and presentations to be confirmed.
Interviews potentially 16th May 2022
Crimestoppers encourages people from diverse backgrounds to apply. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a DBS check.
