I am a Forensic Psychology MSc student at London Metropolitan University conducting research. I have a strong background working in rehabilitation services within the criminal justice system, and feel strongly the opinions of front line staff are vital to informing future work in this area.
This research aims to identify to which, if any, human life priorities are met by being a member of a street gang.
I am interested in the feedback of professionals in this area, many of whom would likely be yourself, or work within your organisation.
The results of this research would be useful to inform future rehabilitation and prevention work at all levels.
The research does not ask questions about your agency or work that you conduct, the reason I am contacting you to be able to reach out to persons who have front line experience who would have valuable opinions in this area.
To take part a person would only need to fill out a short anonymous online questionnaire. Most questions are multilpe choice with the option to add any comments. The questionnaire, and further information is found in the link below.
The questionnaire is totally anonymous and I do not require your organisation name or information.
As you can imagine it is really important to get as many informed views as possible, and I wonder if you would be able to disseminate this email (including the questionnaire link) within your organisation and to other relevant organisations or persons you feel may be able to take part.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any queries on this email address.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best Regards,
Natalie Scagliarini
