Ideas to help those stuck at home . Being out of our normal routine can be unsettling. The cancellation of events (including, sadly, the Specsavers Surrey Youth Games) means calendars will look empty for the foreseeable future while the need to stay at home could make us feel sluggish and out of sorts.. Making a conscious effort to move more can improve our mood and help mental wellbeing.
