To support the newly established ‘Transition Working Group’ around (C)SE victims transferring from children’s to adult services, the NWG has developed a new resource category to our website.

The category is named ‘Transition’ and includes resources to support local areas to further develop practice within this area. Transition resources currently available on the website include:

·         CSE Transition Arrangements to Access Adult Services

·         Presentation from the NWG Forum on Sexual Exploitation the Journey into Adulthood.

·         Letter to adult services regarding transition

The list of resources is not exhaustive and there will no doubt be further good practice and resources out there. If you are aware of any good practice/resources that are not currently on the website can you please send them through to ru@nwgnetwork/.org
